We will not disclose any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law. The Leo Bash Intl, LLC takes reasonable steps to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not provide or sell, in whole or part, the personal information we collect and do not disclose it to other companies, except as stated above. The consequence of you not providing any information requested by the Leo Bash Intl, LLC is that we may not be able to complete your travel arrangements within your time frame.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Leo Bash Intl, LLC is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This company, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. The Leo Bash Intl, LLC is not liable for any mechanical issues that may arise from air or charter bus transportation.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

Change fees, Deposit/Payments, Service fee and Electronic Payment fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be offered for this event unless the event is canceled or postponed by the organizers for any reason other than, natural disasters, acts of God, global pandemics, wars, terrorism threats, or any other reason beyond the organizer’s control.

TRIP DEPOSIT

The deposit for your trip will be REQUIRED to reserve your space. Unfortunately, the Leo Bash Intl, LLC is unable to guarantee or hold rooms with no deposit.

LATE PAYMENTS

If you choose to take advantage of any of our payment plan options, you are required to make scheduled payments on or before the specified due dates. If you wish to request a change in the payment schedule, such requests must be made a minimum of seven days before the date your payment is due, and each request is subject to approval at the discretion of Leo Bash Intl, LLC. Please note that any payment that is more than 10 business days past due may result in your reservation being canceled without refund.

PAYMENT SECURITY

The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

PASSPORT

The Leo Bash Intl, LLC will not be responsible for any cancellation penalties of the hotel, airline or any other independent contractor used in your reservation resulting from any parties in your group not having a valid passport.

All persons traveling outside of their country of residence are required to have a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months after your proposed travel dates end. Some countries may also require a Visitor’s Visa for certain nationalities visiting their country. Please visit http://www.visahq.com to check and confirm your documentation requirements. The Leo Bash Intl, LLC will not be held liable for a traveler’s failure to produce their passport to required immigration authorities during their trip. In the case that a failure to obtain or produce your passport results in your being unable to travel, your reservation will still be held to the above cancelation policies, and a refund will not be issued.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

You will receive travel documents approximately 3 weeks prior to the departure date. When you receive your tickets and any and all documents, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger named on the documents to verify all information. Contact the Leo Bash Intl, LLC immediately if changes or corrections are required. Please note that a change fee may be required.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 3 pm. Checkout time is 12 pm. Early Check-In is by request only and cannot be guaranteed. Late Checkout must be coordinated with the hotel and is subject to their approval and availability. You must be at least 21 years old to check into a hotel.

NON-ARRIVAL to hotel/resort (No-Show)

If you fail to arrive (No-Show) at the hotel on the arrival date, the hotel will cancel the entire reservation automatically and you will not be issued a refund. If circumstances do not permit you to check in on the first date but you still desire to continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make reasonable efforts to contact the hotel and secure your remaining nights. Failure to communicate delays in travel plans as mentioned above will result in the entire reservation being auto canceled and no refund will be issued.

EVENT POLICY

Once an ID is presented with a receipt, you will obtain a wristband (Party Pass) that will give you access to the event(s) on a date and location specified by the promoters closer to the time of the event. The promoters will send you details of where to collect your wristbands on the day of check in. No wristband will be given unless the primary contact person is present at the time of redemption. The promoter may add remove or change event line-up or event times as long as notice is given to the ticket holders a minimum of 24 hours before the event. The promoter of the event has the right to remove without refund, any individual from the even if their behavior is considered to be dangerous or mischievous. Once you have received your wristband, it is your responsibility to keep your wristband safe. Lost or damages wristbands will not be replaced & entry to events will be denied. The ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers that may be associated with attending this event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual event., including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Leo Bash Intl, LLC rely on the services of third-party providers to deliver its products in full. By completing your order, you accept the terms and conditions of our third-party services providers as agreed to between said service providers and Leo Bash Intl, LLC. These service providers include but are not limited to our hotel partners, venue owners, performing artistes, deejays, entertainers, production and event management companies, sponsors, and affiliates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that all clients traveling outside of their country-of-origin purchase cancellation/interruption and medical insurance for the following reasons:

In the event, you have to cancel or cut your trip short due to a family medical emergency, natural disaster, or vendor bankruptcy.

To provide coverage for any incident that may occur while you are traveling that requires medical attention. This includes coverage for overseas medical expenses and emergency transportation to a medical facility in your country of residence.

To provide compensation in the event of lost or stolen baggage. To have access to a 24/7-travel assistance program available to help you with travel emergencies.

It is our responsibility to recommend travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate trip insurance coverage for your travel needs. The Leo Bash Intl, LLC will not be held liable for any incidents that may affect your vacation arrangements, caused by negligence on the part of the resort, airline, or any other third-party supplier we may use to facilitate your travel plans.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHER

When you attend Leo Bash Intl, LLC event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Leo Bash Intl, LLC and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Leo Bash Intl, LLC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Leo Bash Intl, LLC. You release Leo Bash Intl, LLC, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Leo Bash Intl or the person or entity designated to do so by Leo Bash Intl, LLC. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If for any reason a video, image, or any other form of recording of you is used by Leo Bash Intl, LLC for any one of the above-mentioned purposes, and you would like it removed, please email your request for removal to leobashintl@gmail.com
